At Vorkalinexix, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products and services. We understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary, and we aim to make this process as smooth as possible.

Fresh Flower Products

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we have specific policies regarding returns:

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive flowers that are damaged, wilted, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will:

• Arrange for a replacement delivery at no additional cost
• Provide a full refund if a replacement is not possible
• Require photographic evidence of the issue

Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct product to be delivered and collect the incorrect item at no charge to you.

Non-Flower Products

For non-perishable items such as vases, gift boxes, or accessories:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
• Original receipt or proof of purchase is required

Event Services

For event decoration and styling services:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
• Cancellations made 7-14 days before the event: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: No refund
• Changes to orders can be accommodated up to 7 days before the event, subject to availability

Subscription Services

For flower subscription services:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for the current period, but future charges will be stopped
• Contact us at least 3 days before your next scheduled delivery to cancel

How to Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. For damaged items, include photographs
4. We will provide return instructions and authorization

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange products of equal value. If the new product is more expensive, you will be charged the difference. If it is less expensive, you will receive a refund for the difference.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom-made arrangements that were specifically designed for you
• Flowers that have been out of water for extended periods
• Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
• Services that have already been provided

Return Shipping

For eligible returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for valuable items.

Processing Time

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. The processing time for returns is typically 3-5 business days from the date we receive your returned item.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
